Extra Thorough Housecleaning This service includes everything you would receive in a regular housecleaning and more! Has it been a while since your house / apartment had a good cleaning? Special event coming up and want your home to look extra special? This service is also best if having your home cleaned professionally for the first time or for those customers who do not have service on a regular basis. This service is sometimes used by our regulars a few times a year for that extra special clean. ( Move In / Out Thorough Cleaning When moving in or out leave the cleaning to us! We offer a complete service, top to bottom cleaning to leave that empty home sparkling! Included are final debris removal, ceiling fans, light fixtures, closet shelves, woodwork, baseboards, interior cabinets, interior vanity, doors, complete sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchens including scrubbing tiles, vacuum and wipe out drawers, cobweb removal, spot checking walls and doorways, and more! We've had so many companies that just don't do the job right, what makes you different? We pride ourselves on providing personalized, quality service. We try to do a little extra each time and clean what we see needs cleaning. Following is a list of common problem areas we see missed by other companies that we make sure to keep maintained: * corner / edge vacuuming, especially corner behind doors. * exterior computer areas should be dust free, especially top of computer. * blinds should be dust free * windowsills * cobwebs, wall hangings * fingerprints on switchplates and doorways * Washrooms should be completely disinfected included stalls and frequently touched areas such as soap dispenser and doorknobs! * inside of microwave oven in kitchen area * trash can lids * railings When your cleaning service leaves you should be able to see and smell the difference. Part of our cleaning job includes the inspection - we check up on eachother, look around and make sure everything is done to perfection! Does the same person clean my facility everytime? Yes, one person will be in charge of your facilty and that person(s) will know the specifics of your job, will protect your keys if necessary, and while that person may have helpers, he/she will be on the job! Do you provide supplies? Yes, we provide all cleaning equipment and supplies including a vacuum with and extension hose for corner/edge vacuuming. We only ask the customer to provide trash can liners and bathroom supplies so that we can maintain them at a full level. How much will janitorial service cost? We will come out and give you a personalized estimate and you can decide how detailed of a job you want. We have flat rates that we bill to you monthly. Weekly office cleaning starts at $50.00 per week and up. Daily service or service done more often than weekly does receive a discounted rate.
