We go to great lengths to hire the right people to clean your home. We only send trusted, pre-screened employees into your home. All of our employees have had a detailed background check, and have been thoroughly trained in the house cleaning techniques as per our very high standards.

Unlike most personally owned and operated cleaning services, we are fully insured and bonded, which helps protect you in the rare case of theft or an accident or injury while we are in your home. We can customize our services to provide you with the best cleaning for YOUR needs. We care about our cleaning service to you, and we're not satisfied if you're not. If something was missed, and you are not satisfied with your house or office cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out at our expense to correct the problem! We may ask for performance feedback from new clients. We want to know if there was even a minor issue you noticed with your service. Our customer service and desire to please insures our clients a consistent and high-quality cleaning each time we visit your home or office.

When you begin your service, you may opt to start with a detailed cleaning, or “deep clean” to get everything in your home up to par. This takes a bit longer, but you will love the results! After the initial cleaning, we will schedule routine maintenance cleanings to keep your home neat, tidy, and dust-free! These are usually done on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, or you can customize your schedule to suit your needs. The following is included in a routine cleaning:

All Rooms:

Dust all doors, furniture, pictures and wall hangings, windowsills, blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, shelves, etc.

Clean glass on entry doors, mirrors, glass topped furniture, etc.

Cobweb removal on rafters, walls, corners, etc.

Empty Trash

Vacuum Furniture as needed

Straighten items such as pillows, chairs, rugs, etc.

Vacuum and mop all floors and stairs.

Overall appearance of room left neat and smelling clean!

Kitchen:

Top, front, and accessible sides of appliances cleaned.

Range hood cleaned

Cabinets spot cleaned as needed

Sink cleaned and sanitized. Dishes loaded into dishwasher.

Microwave cleaned inside and out

Countertops and back-splash cleaned. All items removed and replaced.

Bathrooms:

Tubs, Sinks, Showers, and Toilets scrubbed spotless and sanitized.

All chrome, mirrors, and glass cleaned.

Cabinets spot cleaned as needed.

Countertops cleaned and sanitized. All items removed and replaced.

Bedrooms:

Beds made and linens changed (if clean linens are provided).

Dust all furniture, doors and doorways, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc.

Dust windowsills and blinds.

Clean entry doors.

Detailed Cleaning, Move In/Out cleaning, Spring cleaning, Deep cleaning

Do you have a new home, or maybe you own rental units? We can make a vacant home, apartment, office, etc, “move-in ready” in just a few hours. Or maybe you haven't had the time to keep up with all the housework, and you need us to bring it up to par for you. We will clean everything top to bottom and inside out! We start at the top with ceiling fans and light fixtures and work our way down to the floors. This service will leave your property looking and smelling like new!

We also clean freshly constructed or remodeled homes and buildings. We can come in immediately after construction to clean and thoroughly vacuum all areas, wash and dust walls, cabinets, countertops, etc, and do whatever else may be needed to make the area ready to use. Each job is custom tailored to your needs. We can normally provide any cleaning services required to make the area ready for occupancy.

You get all of the services of a regular cleaning plus:

Bucket-wash all woodwork, including doors and doorways, molding, baseboards, window frames and blinds, light switches, etc.

Walls dusted

Bathroom and Kitchen floors scrubbed.

Cabinets, closets, and pantries cleaned inside and out.

Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining.

Office, Business, or Commercial Cleaning

We understand the importance of your company's image and office appearance. Our trained staff can provide you with our high quality service to upkeep that image. Each job is custom tailored to your needs, but usually includes:

Clean and sanitize restrooms.

Replenish your supplies in restrooms and/or kitchenettes.

Vacuum all floors.

Mop all hard floors.

Remove trash and reline trash cans.

Dust furniture, blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, wall hangings, desktops, and other areas as needed.

General straightening and organizing of lobbies and similar areas.

The following services are available for an additional fee:

Clean interior windows (if reachable by a 3-step ladder)

Fireplace cleaned, bricks vacuumed.

If you need services not listed above, just ask!

We can do most any type of cleaning you need, however, there are a few exceptions in place for the safety of our employees. We regret that we cannot provide service for the following issues:

Cleaning of urine, feces, vomit, or any other human or pet excrement.

Cleaning litter boxes.

Empty diaper pails.

Anything which requires the use of a ladder over 3 steps.

Empty trash which may contain needles for medical use.
